Last season, the Toronto Raptors won 51 games, good for third in the Eastern Conference. Returning with a very similar team, the Raptors will look to build on their success in 2017-18.

Here are the top games to watch out for next season:
First game vs. Cavaliers: The Cavaliers are the top dogs of the East, and they eliminated the Raps from the playoffs last year. There’s a score to be settled here for Toronto. The two square off for the first time on January 11th in Toronto.
First game vs. Celtics: The Raps are playoffs contenders, and for that reason, their first matchup with last season’s top-seeded East team is an important one, especially now that Boston has added Gordon Hayward. This game will be a great opportunity to see how these two elite East teams match up. On November 12th, the Raptors will visit Boston to take on the Celtics.
First game vs. Wizards: Washington and Toronto are in competition for best backcourt of the East. John Wall vs. Kyle Lowry, DeMar DeRozan vs. Bradley Beal. These should be two of the top four or five teams in the East. Toronto hosts the Wizards for the first time on November 5th.
