John Wall fought hard enough to play through his wrist injury in Game 5, but his availability for Game 6 is still in question. Randy Wittman is currently speculating that Wall will be available to play in Game 6, but there is no official word for if Wittman’s belief will become a reality.

Wittman said the All-Star guard is scheduled to have his fractured left hand and wrist evaluated by team doctors later on Thursday. “So far so good. …After the game everything looked good in terms of no swelling. That was a good sign. …Right now I’m anticipating he’ll be able to play.”
If Game 5 is any indication on the playing time Wall will be receiving, he should be expected to not receive any minutes restriction. Game 6 is a must-win for the Wizards, and John Wall needs to be available if the Wizards are going to send the series to Game 7.
