NBA Free Agency is upon us. Rumors are swirling about. You can’t refresh your Twitter timeline without a new report of interest between a player and team(s). The Sacramento Kings have been discussed as a destination for point guard Rajon Rondo for quite some time now. Now that the Kings can officially reach out to the point guard, they have wasted no time in doing so.
The Kings, as expected, wasted no time in reaching out to free agent point guard Rajon Rondo. Already being aggressive, I'm told.

This isn’t a one-sided affection, per Marc J. Spears of Yahoo! Sports.

However, a contract will likely be offered soon. First, Rondo will visit Sacramento. That visit will happen soon, according to David Aldridge of TNT.
Kings' push for Rajon Rondo will likely result in Sacramento visit in next day or two, per source. Sides will talk again Wednesday.

I think that Rondo would fit well in Sacramento. His value is down due to his… odd situation in Dallas, but I’m a believer. If he signs a 1-year deal, as he is reportedly interested in doing, he could regain value if he plays well. For now, Sacramento could get him for cheap and make a push for the playoffs behind him, DeMarcus Cousins, and Rudy Gay.
