Quincy Miller Signs 10-Day Contract With Kings
The Sacramento Kings will call up forward Quincy Miller from the D-League affiliate, the Reno Bighorns, and sign Miller to a 10-day contract, per the team’s release via Kings GM Pete D’Alessandro.
Miller fills out a 15-man roster for Sacramento and is available to head coach Ty Corbin tonight against the Clippers.
Miller was leading the NBDL in both scoring (26.3 PPG) and blocks (3.7) in 14 games played. He also averaged seven rebounds, shot over 50 percent from the field, and shot 89 percent from the free throw line.
The Denver Nuggets drafted Miller with the 28th overall pick in the 2012 Draft. He played two seasons with the Nuggets, played in 59 games and made 16 starts with averages of 4.5 PPG and 2.5 RPG.
