In the midst of starring on FOX’s Star and joining Diddy’s Bad Boy Records, Quincy has found the time to drop quality visuals for his latest single, “Don’t Know Nothing”. The twenty-six year old godson of Quincy Jones accompanies the smooth sounding track with visuals directed by Anthony Supreme. The warm weather video features the singer riding around Uber-style with a girl of interest before reuniting with her to return her phone. The rather simple video is well shot and gives a nice backdrop for the early summer bop.
Quincy told HotNewHipHop that his inspiration behind the new video is that “love at first sight is rare today. What people tend to overlook is the quality of a person.” Quincy further explained, “It’s not our faults […] Technology has given unlimited access to made up portrayals of who people are, which leads to heartbreak. This song is about pursuing a girl based off of what I only can see, but by surprise, I was more in love from what I couldn’t see. The person who she really is.”
