Quavo has announced that he will be producing an upcoming film called The Resort. The Atlanta native opened up about the project’s status on Twitter earlier this week.
He tweeted, “Wow, [I] just watched [the] first horror film [that] I produced. The Resort [is] coming soon.Thanks, Will Meldman.”
Will Meldman is the CEO of Double Down Pictures, which is backing the film. There are no other details available about the film’s topic or cast. Quavo did not reveal when or how the film will be released, but we will keep you up to date as things unfold.

Previously, he has appeared in television shows like Black-ish and Star. He has also contributed to the soundtracks of films like The Fate of the Furious, Triple 9, Bright and Despicable Me 3.
The Resort adds to an incredible year for the Atlanta star in 2020. He is currently working on Culture III, along with a possible sophomore studio album.
