Summer Walker has added her soulful voice to “Mood Swings” with Lil’ Tjay and the late Pop Smoke. The Beat Menace, Dizzy Banko and Kiwi produced track starts off with the popular hook before the Atlanta songstress steps in.
“Ballerina tip, keep a tight grip on it/That’s my d*ck when I want it/But, boy, you give me head/Make me wanna treat you like a broke nigga/Always end up with the wrong niggas,” she sings.
After adding in her own verse, Walker then goes back and forth throughout the hook. Melding their sounds together, it makes one wonder what a Pop Smoke and Summer Walker would have sounded like had they gotten the chance.
“Shorty a lil’ baddie/Call me his lil’ boo thing/Know I got the fatty/That’s why I be catchin’ mood swings,” the duo sings.
The remix to the already popular single adds to an incredible week for the posthumous Pop Smoke album, Shoot For The Stars, Aim For The Moon. This past week, the project moved an astounding 75,000 units. While he may not be here physically, Pop Smoke’s presence lives on. Check out his collaboration with Lil’ Tjay and Summer Walker above.
