A Carti and Uzi collab could be coming.
Two of hip hop’s biggest names right now might have a collab coming soon. Playboi Carti recently threw a hint on Snapchat of a collaboration from the two.
Over the weekend, Carti posted a hint on his Snapchat about a possible collaboration. On the post, he posted a picture of the British punk band The Damned and on top of the picture a caption reading “Carti Uzi Tape * Uzi Carti Tape * 16.29.”
While the post sounds confusing, with no correlation between The Damned and both rappers the “16.29” part could mean something. Uzi is from the 1600 block in Philidelphia and Carti is from the 2900 block in Atlanta.
While both rappers have finished projects– Luv is Rage 2 and Playboi Carti Tour, maybe it could be the perfect time for a collab tape from both.
