We got a trade people!
According to ESPN the Phoenix Suns and the Washington Wizards have agreed a trade to send Phoenix’ Marcin Gortat, Shannon Brown, Malcolm Lee and Kendall Marshall to the Wizards for the big man Emeka Okafor and a protected 2014 first-round pick.
This certainly helps the Wizards hopes for a Playoff run. Gortat is a solid center that scores when asked to. And the guards are a good sweetener to the deal. I don’t see Brown, Lee or Marshall getting much playing time so for be surprised if the Wizards are part of another trade.
