Hold on a second. The Kevin Love trade is not over just yet as the Phoenix Suns have had a sudden brainwave.
According to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst and Ramona Shelbourne, the Suns have just made a super late counter offer for Kevin Love just hours after the 3-team trade with Love as the protagonist.
With just hours to go before a planned megadeal the would send Kevin Love to Cleveland, the Phoenix Suns reached out to the Minnesota Timberwolves on Thursday to ask once more about the possibility of acquiring Love in a sign-and-trade for guard Eric Bledsoe, sources told ESPN.com.
Is it just me or is this pointless? Sure this would’ve been a half decent deal when free agency started but now? Seriously?!
