Last season, the New Orleans Pelicans won 34 games, placing them 10th in the Western Conference. Despite other teams around them growing stronger, the Pelicans will attempt to make the playoffs this season.
They’ll get their first full season of the Anthony Davis-DeMarcus Cousins duo and will now have a superb passer running the point in Rajon Rondo.

October 26, @ Sacramento: DeMarcus Cousins has yet to return to Sacramento (at least to play basketball) since being traded in the midst of All-Star Weekend. Cousins said that he “can’t wait” to play the Kings this season. The Boogie revenge game is likely to be incredibly entertaining. Plus, Buddy Hield may be looking to have a big night as well. This game will air at 9:30 p.m. CT and can be viewed on TNT.
