Paul Pierce is a fierce competitor. If you’re not on his team. He doesn’t want anything to do with you. Now we all know that he is not the biggest fan of LeBron James and that’s fair enough. You’d think that his dislike for the King has regressed. But oh no. Far from it. As he says this on ESPN Radio (Via SLAMonline)

They’re in USA Basketball all summer, they play in the summer leagues all summer, so they get to know one another and they try to join one another and try to win a championship. It’s a new era that we’re seeing and this is the way it’s going to be, guys, we’ve just gotta accept it.”

Washington face Miami tonight. Which will be a half decent match up. Considering Bradley Beal is out, you’d think Miami have a better chance. But Otto Porter has been filling in well. It all depends on how good the Heat can defend John Wall and Gortat.
