It’s the Golden State Warriors vs the Indiana Pacers. The best player in the game, Stephen Curry vs (in my opinion) the second best player in the game, Paul George. And if you indulge in PG’s proclamation that it’s the ‘Splash Brothers’ vs the ‘Eastern Conference Splash Brothers’ then you can throw that in too.
I love watching the Warriors and I hope they top MJ’s Bulls for the GOAT regular season record. But I am really sweating for the Dubs tonight. The Pacers are looking very good, Paul George and CJ Miles are balling. They have a chance. George is calling this ‘a must win’.
“Tonight is a must win for us,” he said. “We’re hungry for a win, especially losing the last one we lost, a game we should have won.”
Now most of you were collectively on something when people were thinking the Lakers could beat the Warriors or at least give them a challenge. Pleeeeease. THIS will be a good game, this could possibly be the Warriors first L.
I am legitimately on the fence for this one, I don’t know how it’ll go. I’ll officially say Warriors but I want to be on the record in saying I’m 51-49 with this decision.
