Everyone was worried about Chris Bosh when he was diagnosed with blood clots once again this season. Would Bosh be able to return this season? Would he be able to play ever again? Blood clots are serious. The Heat, and Bosh himself, have been optimistic though.
Bosh has since said that he has no active blood clots, and he hopes to return this season. Recently, Bosh returned to the team’s bench for the first time. Now, Heat President Pat Riley has voiced his optimism.
From Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel:
Riley says Heat are "open minded" when it comes to a possible Chris Bosh return.

It’s good to hear that Bosh could return this season, and really just that he’s going to be okay. Bosh is a great player and great teammate, and his team would sorely miss him come playoff time if he were unable to play. Let’s hope he can get back by the postseason!
This season in 53 games(all starts) for the Heat, Bosh has averaged 19.1 points 7.4 rebounds while shooting 46.7% from the field and 36.5% from downtown. Bosh was named an All-Star and a participant in the three-point shootout, but was forced to miss both events with a strained calf.
