Playing a pivotal role in the Raptors championship run, Siakam’s step up to becoming reliable and dominant starting option for Toronto cemented his status as Most Improved Player over Domantas Sabonis of the Indiana Pacers and De’Aaron Fox of the Sacramento Kings.

Siakam averaged 16.9 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game in his third professional season, up from 7.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in his second season.
