Over the last few months, Remy Ma and Papoose have become one the premiere couples in all of Hip-Hop. Through many obstacles, Papoose and Remy Ma stayed together through thick and thin. Since Remy’s release, the two have been on a constant rise. The two have collaborated on records and Remy has achieved a ton of success on her own. Since being released from prison, she has collaborated with Fat Joe, Jay-Z, DJ Khaled and more. Not to mention, she’s carved out a space for herself on Revolt’s State of the Culture.
As the two continue their success, they have signed on with VH1 for their own reality show, Meet The Mackies. Focused on their family, the show displays a different side of the two legendary emcees. One of the early story lines for the show is Remy Ma’s pregnancy. As she prepares for the birth of her next child, the New York native hopped in the both alongside her husband and Angelica Villa to release a new song called “The Golden Child”.
Before releasing the new record, Papoose took to Instagram to express his excitement. He wrote, “This isn’t your typical song! This is genuine love, admiration, & happiness for our unborn!
