The Packers are going to miss the playoffs this year but that is not going to stop Davante Adams from cashing in. Adams has signed a contract extension with Green Bay worth $58 million. The extension locks the wide receiver down for the next 4 years.

Adams earned the extension by hauling in 74 receptions, for 885 yards, and 10 touchdowns. The most impressive thing about those stats is the fact Adams did that damage with Brett Hundley under center for the majority of the season. In 2016 with Aaron Rodgers Adams had 75 catches, for 997 yards, and 12 touchdowns.
Adams played his last game of the season in week 15 following a hit from Panthers linebacker Thomas Davis. Adams was ruled out by the team for week 17.
The extension will give Adams the 7th largest wide receiver contract in the league.
