
Indiana Pacers point guard George Hill made an impactful season debut, leading the Pacers to a 96-84 home win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Hill is the latest member of the Pacers team to come back. 4 of last year’s 6 main rotation players are in full rotation for the team. Paul George is still recovering from his season ending injury and Lance Stephenson is on a complete different team.
Hill had a team-high 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists in 21 minutes off the bench. Roy Hibbert had 14 points, Solomon Hill and David West had 13 points each with West grabbing 7 rebounds. C.J. Miles scored 11 points with 6 rebounds coming off the bench. C.J Watson had 10 points.
New Orleans was led by Anthony Davis, who scored 21 points and grabbed 9 rebounds. Tyreke Evans finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Jrue Holiday also had 16 points and 5 assists and 5 rebounds. Luke Babbitt scored 10 points on the night.
Indiana Pacers are 10-19. New Orleans Pelicans are 14-14.
