Nikola Vucevic, Magic agree to 4-year/ $56 Million dollar extension.
Orlando Magic perennial all-star center Nikola Vucevic may be the center piece of the Magic for the future after the two sides struck terms on an agreement today.

Marc Spears of Yahoo! Sports first reported the story.

Then Shams Charania of Real GM reported some details of the contract.
Nikola Vucevic’s new contract extension with the Orlando Magic is fully guaranteed through four seasons, no options, source tells RealGM. — Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) October 21, 2014
Vucevic averaged 14.2 points and 11 rebounds in 31.8 minutes per game last season while playing 57 games, and a guy who can produce like that on a consistent level aren’t easily picked out. Vucevic has been a mainstay in Orlando for a few years now ever since he was acquired from the Philadelphia 76ers and paired with Victor Oladipo there may be a future formidable 1-2 punch with the Magic.
Next for the Magic may be a signing of Tobias Harris who could also garner a nice deal from Orlando. The Magic are on the rise up from tanking and have a nice young core of players between Vucevic, Oladipo, Harris and newly drafted Aaron Gordon and Elfrid Payton.
