Offset is facing three charges from his Atlanta arrest in 2018.
Reported by TMZ, prosecutors filed “3 charges against the rapper in February, stemming from his July 2018 arrest where he was pulled over for allegedly making an improper lane change.”
The Clayton County District Attorney’s office told the publication that he’s facing a “felony charge for firearms possession by a convicted felon.” He’s also facing misdemeanor charges for marijuana possession and the improper lane change.
TMZ says the felony gun possession charge has been dropped and he entered a plea of not guilty last month. Offset is due in court May.
