Law enforcement arrested more than 350 demonstrators in New York over the weekend as nationwide uprisings continue following the killing of George Floyd. Among those arrested were New York Mayor Bill de Blasio’s daughter, Chiara de Blasio. She was one of more than 300 people arrested on Saturday alone. Local authorities cited de Blasio for “unlawful assembly.”
The Sergeants Benevolent Association responded to the news by releasing sensitive public information about the young woman’s arrest to the public.
“How can the NYPD protect the city of NY from rioting anarchist when the Mayors object throwing daughter is one of them,” the union tweeted.
While the Twitter did remove the post, it included sensitive information such as her address and ID number. Mayor De Blasio has not responded to this matter as of yet.
Wow. The Official Twitter page for the Sergeants Benevolent Association, a major union for the New York Police Department, just doxed Mayor Bill de Blasio's daughter.

In other parts of New York, Brooklyn North Chief Jeffrey Maddrey and NYPD Transit Bureau Chief Ed Delatorre joined demonstrators during the weekend.
“The folks in the community, they’re hurt. They’re upset. They are not our enemies. We just have to show them that we do understand their pain and that we do love them,” Maddrey said.
“Those are our brothers and sisters, but we just have to figure out how we can work with them, let them know that we want to do their protests in peace,” he added.
The nation is entering its second week of protests. Nearly 40 U.S. cities have issued to curfews to curb protests. However, it doesn’t appear that this movement is slowing down anytime soon.
