As Steve Nash leaves the game early once again with a knee problem, the Lakers played with 8 healthy plays once again. But with a good team performance lead by Joakim Noah’s 24th double double of the season the Chicago Bulls end their road trip with a W.
With Ex NBA referee Steve Javie commentating along with Mike Breen and Jeff Van Gundy in this game, everything was under microscope including possible shot clock violations, was it a foul or wasn’t it, everything. And to me it was refreshing when ESPN/Abc mic’d up the Refs to see how they manage the game.
But back to the game itself, the Lakers are constantly changing as players come and go mostly via injury and I don’t know how they’re even contending in games, at one point they had Nash, Blake AND Marshall on the court but as the Lakers were finding themselves during the game, Chicago just played the game, everybody did what they were asked and that was pretty much it.
With Nash out once more it begs the question… Should he hang it up?
