
A ninth person had pleaded guilty in the Tekashi 6ix9ine racketeering case. It was reported Wednesday, that an eight defendant, Kintea “Kooda B” McKenzie, pleaded guilty to “assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering.”
Now, the ninth defendant pleading guilty is Denard Butler, for a racketeering charge. According to Page Six, “Denard Butler pleaded guilty before a federal judge in Manhattan.”
This leaves two other defendants, Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Roland Martin in the case facing trial.
Page Six reports that Ellison is “a former member of Tekashi’s management team who allegedly beat up Tekashi last year and robbed him for $750,000 worth of jewelry and $20,000 in cash.” Martin is reportedly another Nine Trey gang member.
Tekashi 6ix9ine is expected to be sentenced in January of next year.
