Nightcrawler has debuted at the number one spot at the box office!
The film centers around a freelance crime journalist [Jake Gyllenhall] who becomes more and more involved with the law-breaking he reports about.
The thriller earned $10.9 million it’s first weekend, beating out Ouija which now sits at No. 2.
Fury is currently at No. 3, while Gone Girl sits at four.
The Book of Life rounds out the top five earning $8.3 million.
The weekend box office Top 10 for November 2 (studio estimates, all figures in US dollars) is as follows:
