That’s good news for the veteran forward.
Original Story Follows:
Per ESPN’s Chris Haynes, Charlotte Hornets swingman Nicolas Batum is having a CT scan on his brain after suffering painful migraines:

With any luck, Batum’s migraines will be just that and nothing more serious or long-lasting. Migraines are horrible and dilapidating, which is a thing that some don’t understand. A bad migraine is not a thing that Batum – or anyone – would be able to play through.
Batum missed the Hornets’ last game vs. the Chicago Bulls, and he will sit out again Wednesday night in Charlotte’s game against the Indiana Pacers.
Jeremy Lamb started vs. the Bulls and will be the presumed starter going forward should Batum need to miss more time.
Batum, 28, has appeared in 63 games for the Hornets this season (all starts). He has averaged career-highs in points per game (15.4), assists per game (5.9) and free throw percentage (86.3). He has, however, shot just 40 percent from the field, tied for the lowest mark of his career.
