Nicki Minaj just landed her third big role in the upcoming Barbershop 3.
The third installment in the film series will be directed by Malcolm D. Lee [The Best Man, The Best Man Holiday], and will also see the planned return of Ice Cube, Cedric the Entertainer, Eve, and Sean Patrick Thomas.
In the series, Ice Cube stars as Calvin Palmer Jr., a man who inherited a barbershop from his father.
Minaj was last seen starring opposite Cameron Diaz in the comedy The Other Woman and also offered her voice in Ice Age: Continental Drift as Steffie.
No word yet on an expected production or release date.
