
In the first game of the NHL All Star game’s 3-on-3 tournament, the Pacific division took on the Central division. The Pacific division, who won the first ever 3-on-3 tournament in last season’s All Star game, dominated the Central, scoring 10 goals to win the game 10-3.

The Pacific division would receive goals from Cam Fowler, Jeff Carter, Connor McDavid, Brent Burns, and Drew Doughty in the first half of the game. Joe Pavelski, Ryan Kesler, and Johnny Gaudreau (2) all scored in the second half. All 9 players for the Pacific scored in this game. The Central watched Jonathan Toews, P.K. Subban and Vladamir Tarasenko put goals on the board.
The Pacific division will have to wait to see who they play, as the Metropolitan and Atlantic will face off after a short intermission following the Pacific-Central game. In last years game, the Pacific took down the Atlantic 1-0 in the NHL All Star game final.
