
Cleveland Browns young stud wide receiver was banned by the NFL last year due to his mutltiple violations of the NFL’s substance abuse policy. Gordon was trying to get his one-year suspension lifted a little early before the expected end in late August.
Recently, the NFL was worried about Gordon, especially after he reportedly failed a drug test. It was reported the league would revisit the Gordon suspension in 60-90 days.

Unfortuneately for Gordon, his suspension won’t be getting lifted anytime soon and it looks like he might have to wait out his one year suspension.

Browns receiver Josh Gordon’s petition for reinstatement from his indefinite drug ban has been denied by the NFL, a league source told cleveland.com.
He can apply for reinstatement later in the year.
The reuniting of Robert Griffin III and Gordon might have to wait until the late summer or early fall to possibly see these two take the field once again, the first time since their college days.
