Chicago’s own Lil’ Durk is on a special run. Riding high off of the success of a successful album and a Drake collaboration, the Chicago native shot off to a fast start by linking up with Pooh Shiesty for the “Back In Blood” video. Now, he’s out in California working with Kehlani on some new music.
Lil’ Durk called on Kehlani for his new single, “Love You Too.” As the title suggests, the record is a slow, moving and heartfelt record about love and passion. Lil’ Durk kicks things off before Kehlani comes in to close things out.
“When we fight, can’t let the world know/Don’t tell the group chat or let your girls know/They be happy to see you down/They be happy to see you down/And my heart cold, but you heat it up,” Lil’ Durk sings.
“Never takin’ love for granted/Many die young before they have this/Not too many of ’em growin’ up and never had it,” Kehlani adds.
