
An unsealed indictment from Geoffrey S. Berman, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York reveals the new defendant as well as other details. According to Complex, not only was another suspect introduced, a former suspect was removed.
Alijermiah “Nuke” Mack, new defendant in the federal case faces racketeering, narcotics and firearms charges. Mack also allegedly faced accusation of gang ties to the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods and dealing heroin, fentanyl, and MDMA. Anthony “Harv” Ellison also appears in the indictment. Ellison allegedly kidnapped Tekashi 6ix9ine.
“As alleged in the superseding indictment, Aljermiah Mack, like his Nine Trey co-conspirators, engaged in brazen acts of gun violence and narcotics dealing,” says Berman in a statement reported by Complex.
As Mack is added to the new indictment, one name disappears. Roland “Ro Murda” Martin previously listed is no longer named. Previously, Martin remained adamant, not pleading guilty to any crimes however, his removal signals a possible plea.
Recently, Denard Butler pleaded guilty to racketeering charges, making him the ninth to do so.
