Another day another Preseason day jam packed with some beast performances.
Brooklyn Nets 127 Philadelphia 76’ers 97 This was a scoring demonstration by Brooklyn, everyone was getting in on it. I love seeing box scores like this. Especially when there’s a near triple double. Shaun Livingston went off! 17 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists. And along with Teletovic, Blatche, Lopez and the two Johnsons racking up points. This was no doubt who was gonna win this. Evan Turner tried to get a spark going with 23 points but they couldn’t contain the Nets.
Orlando Magic 102 Dallas Mavericks 94 7 lead changes in this game and Mickell Gladness… 6 blocks in the game, definitely defensive game of the day and along with rookie Oladipo’s 11 rebounds. The Mavs couldn’t quite get the win but there are some positives for Dallas. Ellis and Nowitzki are getting work done. 40 points combined. Lethal duo.
San Antonio Spurs 94 Denver Nuggets 98 I’m liking Kenneth Faried at the moment. He’s like a smaller, faster Dwight Howard. They got the power and athleticism what they both need is a decent post game. But then again 22 points and 9 rebounds is nothing to sneeze at. On the other side Kawhi Leonard took the game by the throat. 13 points, 12 rebounds. Best losing effort of the day.
Los Angeles Clippers 88 Sacramento Kings 99 I told you a few days ago if Demarcus Cousins concentrates, he will have tank games such as these. 31 points, 11 rebounds! And that won Sac the game. And along with a sick off the glass buzzer beater Jamal Crawford gets the best bench game with 25 points. But we can’t forget Darren Collison with a good double double performance with 20 points and 10 assists…
That’s all for now but stay tuned for the Lakers-Warriors game in Beijing.
