NBA Has Now "Initiated A Charge" Against Donald Sterling | Def Pen

We have some movement involving the NBA and Donald Sterling.

According to Howard Beck of Bleacher Report, the NBA are starting to make some moves against Sterling.

If we know anything about Sterling is that he doesn’t take a law suit lying down. I wouldn’t be surprised if he responds quicker than the deadline of May 27th.

And as for June 3rd… Lets just call that judgement Day for the moment. On to you NBA owners.
