John Wall had an off night with 1 for 12 from the field, rookie Bradley Beal picked up the slack with 25 points, but it wasn’t enough to beat Toronto, who were led by Rudy Gay & Demar Derozan, who combined for 48 points. Toronto is now on a five game winning streak.
Brooklyn Nets 113, Milwaukee Bucks 111 (OT)
Joe Johnson showed the Nets why it was worth trading for his contract. Johnson, in his first season with Nets, hit a three pointer that tied the game with 1.3 seconds left in the 4th. And later made another jumper to give the Nets a win in overtime as time expired. Johnson scored 24 points for the Nets. Brandon Jennings had 34 points in the game for the Bucks.
Charlotte Bobcats 105, Orlando Magic 92

Kemba Walker and Gerald Henderson had 24 points for apiece for the struggling Bobcats, who snapped a seven consecutive road loss. Byron Mullens added 20 points and 12 rebounds. Orlando’s second year player Nikola Vucevic led the Magic with 18 points and 11 boards.
Memphis Grizzlies 105, Detroit Pistons 91
Memphis didn’t start the game with much defense, allowing Detroit to score 30 points in the first period. Memphis corrected their defense problems and the Pistons were able to score 30 in the next two quarters combined, getting outscored by The Grizzlies by 32 during those two quarters. In his return to Detroit, Tayshaun Prince scored 4 points and 3 boards. Mike Conley had 19 for Memphis, who have won 4 games in a row.
Chicago Bulls 96, New Orleans Hornets 87
Luol Deng’s jumper with 44 minutes to go ended the Hornets chances of making a comeback. The Bulls led since the first quarter, but the future Pelicans hung around the entire game and were down just four when Eric Gordon made a three pointer before Deng jumper. Anthony Davis led New Orleans with 15 points & 10 rebounds.
Denver Nuggets 107, Boston Celtics 100
The Nuggets, who had won nine straight before losing to the Celtics, got their revenge last night. Ty Lawson and Danilo Gallinari scored 26 points for Denver. Boston has won 6 of their last 8 games. Jeff Green had 20 points off the bench.
Utah Jazz 115, Golden State Warriors 101
Al Jefferson had 24 points, Gordon Hayward came back from an injury to lead Utah over the Warriors, who are on a season high six game losing streak. The Jazz had seven players in double figures. Golden State’s Stephen Curry had 29 points for the Warriors.
San Antonio Spurs 108, Sacramento Kings 102
Spurs point guard Tony Parker was the catalyst for the Spurs with 30 points and 11 assists. San Antonio has won 15 of their last 16 games. Tim Duncan scored 9 points, Manu Ginobili added 12. Isaiah Thomas scored 22 points for the Kings, who are on a three game losing streak.

J.J Hickson had a monster game for the Blazers with 26 points and 15 rebounds, but the Suns started the game on a 12-0 run and never trailed. Phoenix, who snapped a four game losing streak, saw point guard Goran Dragic score 16 points and a career high 18 assists.
