Seems like Travis Scott brought goosebumps to fans to start the week off. Scott started off the week by dropping his “Goosebumps” video. The hit song from his 2016 album, “Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight,” featured Compton rapper, Kendrick Lamar.
The trippy video aesthetic, something in Travis Scott fashion, has many psychedelic effects and extreme CGI. While the Houston rapper is no stranger to having fans mindblown, he has many scenes that would have you on your seat. In one of the scenes, a snake is crawling out of Scott’s eye. Kendrick Lamar’s scene takes place in a Transylvanian theme landscape.
Furthermore, Scott talked to Zane Lowe on Beats 1 radio on the process of his new video. The Houston rapper said he worked on the video multiple times before finally getting his results. “It was kinda rated G,” he revealed. “It wasn’t rated mature enough it wasn’t what I was envisioning when I made the the song in my bedroom. But I finally got it. The song to me was just a mad expression. It really came from deep down and I felt the video really had to give the people part of my conscious.”
The video, which was directed by BRTHR, is available on Apple Music.
