Nickelodeon Films has released the first teaser trailer for their upcoming movie ‘The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water’.
The film will follow everyone’s favorite residents of Bikini Bottom as they head to the surface to retrieve a stolen recipe from an evil pirate played by Antonio Bandaras.
This is SpongeBob’s second venture to the big screen. ‘The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie’ opened in 2004 and earned $85 million domestically.
Tom Kenny, Clancy Brown, Bill Fagrbakke, Rodger Bumpass, Mr. Lawrence, Carolyn Lawrence will lend their voices to the second film.
‘The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water’ will hit land on February 6, 2015.
