These POV-found-footage movies have grown tiresome, but ‘Afflicted,’ holy sh*t. This is one movie I’m dying to see right now.
Following two friends who embark on a global, only to have their plans change when one — you guessed it — gets afflicted with some sort of virus that gives him superhero-esque abilities. But like the recent Chronicle, it doesn’t look like his powers will be used for good.
