Mountain Dew continue to show their support of Mac Miller by presenting the Macadelic Tour featuring Mac Miller with support from Green Label Sound alums, The Cool Kids and the Braddock, Penn. duo The Come Up. The Macadellic Tour kicked off on March 27th, in Norfolk, VA. and will take the three acts to more than 30 cities across the US.
“I’ve seen how Mountain Dew supports young artists. We’ve been trying to work together again for months and when this tour came up it seemed like the perfect opportunity.” says Mac. Last March, Green Label Sound asked Mac to play their official SXSW showcase with Chromeo, The Cool Kids, Classixx and Theophilus London. Since then, Mountain Dewalso presented his Blue Slide Park tour in support of his album of the same name, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard chart. Mac also returned for Green Label Sound’s SXSW Showcase this year, that featured Flosstradamus, RAC, Star Slinger and Juicy J as well as surprise performances by Penguin Prison, Lil Chippy and Wiz Khalifa.
