Kevin Garnett has had an amazing career. He’s been named to the All-Star team 15 times and has earned Defensive Player of the Year and league MVP honors. He’s a legend and an NBA champion, and he may not be done yet. Per Marc Stein’s Twitter page:
No definitive word yet, but rumbles out of 'Sota persist that Kevin Garnett is still leaning toward coming back for season No. 21 in '15-16

Garnett began this season with the Brooklyn Nets, but was traded midseason to the Minnesota Timberwolves. KG going home to the T-Wolves is the definition of a feel good story. After all, Minnesota is where he began his career, and he’s the best player the Timberwolves have ever had. Furthermore, Garnett can help tap the potential of Minnesota’s young talent.
Should Kevin Garnett return next year, it would be his 21st season in the league. Garnett would be just the third player in NBA history to play 21 seasons, joining Robert Parish and Kevin Willis.
Garnett has averaged 18.2 points and 10.2 rebounds during his incredible career, and is certain to go down as a Hall-of-Famer. Here’s hoping to see the Big Ticket back in action next season.
