He seems to think that downgrading from the best center in the NBA to Chris Kaman will make the Lakers better. I don’t see it… Also as well as Kaman the Lakers have made other “downgrade” signings such as Nick Young, Jordan Farmar and Wesley Johnson. Anyone seeing a problem here? D’Antoni doesn’t as he’s positive that the Lakers will improve on their 45-37 record. I’m not so sure.

At first I thought it was 12th in the whole NBA. I thought that was decent. But 12th in the Western Conference out of 14 teams? That’s terrible and that’s disrespectful.
