The news on his incident still isn’t clear but it appears that it must have been something very serious in the eyes of the Miami Heat. The team has elected to suspend Green for two games.

As news comes out about what exactly happens, we’ll be sure to update you but for the time-being, there is no news on what exactly happened.
There is some speculation that it could be drug related but that is all speculation at this point. Green appears to be in great health right now and he should be back to work soon so we may possibly get an update on what exactly happened sooner rather than later.
UPDATE:
The Miami Heat have made the suspension official and Green has also made an official apology on the matter.
