The Miami Heat continues their impressive streak with 23 straight wins as they defeat the Boston Celtics. The Celtics were without their star Kevin Garnett due to the flu. Boston was up by 17 points at one point but the champs managed to fight their way back into the game. The Heat wasn’t the only team with a streak on the line, the C’s had an 11 game win streak at home in effect. With this win, Miami owns the second longest team winning streak in NBA history. Lebron James made the go ahead basket to give the reigning champs the lead with 105-103.
James finished the game with 37 points, 7 rebs, 12 assists. On the Celtics side of the court, Jeff Green lead Boston with 43 points, while Paul Pierce pitched in with 17.
