Miami Heat signed high-flying, playmaking wingman Gerald Green in the offseason to bolster their already solid bench. Green was expected to help Miami make some big plays, shoot some three’s and help mentor rookie wingman Justise Winslow.
But now, just a few days into the season, it appears that Green has come down with some sort of ailment.
Green missed last night’s game with what the team called an ‘illness’, which was announced 10 minutes before tip-off.
