Metta World Peace recently signed a new deal with the Los Angeles Lakers to try and at least make one more run in the NBA. World Peace, formerly known as Ron Artest, has a decent shot at making the roster but it will be a battle. One thing is for certain, if things don’t work out with the Lakers he can always be a sales associate at Modell’s.
Metta went back to his home roots of New York to go undercover as an employee named ‘Panda’ and try to sell some merchandise to unsuspecting customers. World Peace sold a hat, a few jerseys and even managed to make fun of Stephen Curry in the process. A few people recognized the NBA Champion and NBA All-Star but some were oblivious as could be.
