Melii releases debut project phAses featuring Tory Lanez, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and Odalys.
Building anticipation with a social media countdown, Melii aims to clarify her lane with phAses. Sharing with gratitude on Instagram, the Harlem singer/rapper/songwriter ensured every song would have an audience.
Captioning a short video highlighting phAses, she writes “Phases will take you through a roller coaster of who MELII REPRESENTS each song was handpicked by my team and I hope to reach the younger generation and the older generation. Hope to lift spirits and have tunes we can enjoy too…”

Fresh off a mini stint on tour with Meek Mill, Melii’s debut with phAses only signifies her potential. On and off stage, Melii carries a hard to ignore energy, producing both fire raps and sultry vocals.
During an interview with Billboard’s Bianca Gracie, Melii shares, “Phases is a person waiting on the bus stop like, ‘Where’s the bus?'” she explains. “But the album will be an introduction to Melii, all the different characters I have and phases I’ve went through.”
On phAses fans find HML the late-night collab with fellow New York rapper A Boogie wit da Hoodie. Absent from the project, however, Melii’s release Fresh Air which looks to be a standalone release.
