Houston native Megan Thee Stallion is young, but she has the work ethic of a veteran. For most young artists, an album release is followed by a quick press run, a tour and a vacation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, most artists have cut out the tour and stuck with a simple press junket. The Houston native has done everything and more following the release of her debut album, Good News. Over the last few months, she’s put out the “Cry Baby” video with DaBaby and released the “Southside Freestyle” video. Not to mention, she was featured on the Coming 2 America soundtrack and collaborated with Maroon 5. There was also this award show called the GRAMMYs where she picked up a few awards. Never one to slow down, Megan Thee Stallion has come back with another new video.
Coming off of the success of the GRAMMYs, Megan Thee Stallion has released eye-catching visuals for “Movie” with Lil’ Durk. She didn’t bring in a movie star for the video, but she certainly brought in a few television stars for the effort. Set in a strip club, it only made sense to bring in Brandee Evans and Nicco Annan from the hist show, P-Valley, for the video. From the set design to the choreography, Megan Thee Stallion and Lil’ Durk had everything right for their joint video. Check out the visual below.
