Meek Mill celebrated with “Meek Mill Day” in Connecticut. The rapper earns recognition for work done towards criminal justice reform.
The Championships rapper currently on his Motivation tour works his way across the country collecting local honors. “Meek Mill Day” in Conn. becomes the Philadelphia rapper’s first state-level recognition.
Just last week (March 14), Meek Mill received a weekend in his name from his hometown.
TMZ reports, State Rep. Brandon McGee presents Meek Mill a key to the state including, state-level proclamation. Conn. and Philadelphia join Houston in celebrating the rapper’s efforts.
