Meek Mill ended 2018 on a high note and he’s started off the new year on an even higher note. Meek Mill kicked off the new year with the launch of his new criminal justice advocacy group, REFORM. Soon thereafter, he teamed up with Drake to drop a new video with cameos from T.I., DJ Mustard and many more big names. Next up, Meek Mill announced a new tour and performed at the 2019 NBA All-Star Game in Charlotte, North Carolina. Most recently, the city of Houston honored him with an official day. Today, he got another bit of good news.
Meek Mill’s first post-beef collaboration with Drake has reached platinum status. The Philadelphia native’s latest single, “Going Bad”, has moved a million units and earned him his latest platinum plaque. This platinum record joins his other two platinum selling singles, “All Eyes On You” and “R.I.C.O”, which also featured Drake.
Meek Mill celebrates this accomplishment while on tour. The platinum selling artist will be in Los Angeles on Thursday and San Francisco on Friday. Check him out when he stops in your city this spring. In the meantime, check out his video for “Going Bad”, right here.
