Meek Mill was arrested in New York for Reckless Endangerment. On Thursday (August 17), the Philly rapper was arrested for violating traffic laws by NYPD. Mill was seen on Instagram Live the day before popping wheelies without a helmet, which is illegal in NYC, his arrest might have sparked from that. A video that was posted soon after shows an officer asking the rapper if he was on the bike a day before.
After his arrest, however, recently today (August 18), Mill was able to avoid felony charges after his arrest. According to TMZ, the prosecutors decided to drop the charges against Mill’s arrest. Meek’s attorney, Joe Tacopina shared his upset with the arrest in a statement.
