Dirk Nowitzki is a 13-time NBA All-Star, an NBA champion and Finals MVP, the Dallas Mavericks all-time leading scorer, and so much more to the game of basketball as a whole. He’s yet to peek his head at retirement, but that doesn’t mean the Mavericks can’t create a burger and name it after him. And that’s what they did.
The Dirkburger: a 1/3 of a pound of beef with jalapeno beer cheese, bacon onion marmalade, and mustard horseradish aoli. The bun is a Bavarian pretzel, an ode to Dirk’s German roots.
