Marshawn ‘Beast Mode’ Lynch is quite the samaritan which adds on to the list of other things he can do. As if being a star running back wasn’t enough, Lynch is endorsed by skittles, has had his own Starbucks drink, invested in an app that detected fake sneakers and even came out with his own ‘Beast Mode’ luxury designer sneaker.
For those unfamiliar, Marshawn has a certain love for sneakers like many of us and the story we are about to share is just proof how two people who loves sneakers can connect in such a dope and positive way. I can attest that my countless hours of waiting on line for sneakers and just conversing with people who share the same likeness as me has allowed me to meet some dope individuals. The same individuals who looked out whenever it was time to purchase the latest sneaker and we had to wait in line. Now it isn’t quite like this but sometimes it really is more than just sneakers.
While Lynch was in Dallas after the Seahawks vs Cowboys game he went to a McDonald’s and eventually ended up holding a conversation with a 17 year old worker named Terrance Downs. Downs and Lynch started to speak due to the navy blue Buscemis that Beast Mode was wearing because he said he liked them and wanted to own a pair of his own one day.
Down’s then spoke to TMZ about how Marshawn Lynch asked him about his future; what he wanted to do and he replied with wanting to be in fashion and owning his own boutique. Well this simple conversation turned into Lynch giving the young man $500 towards buying the Buscemis, which he has purchased, and if he is serious then he said it is his job to continue to see him grow.
Very dope gesture. Terrance even told TMZ he plans on doing what Marshawn did for him for someone else one day.
